This is my 2nd XL T shirt order from Candace. Both are good quality, thick material which doesn't feel cheap. They do run a tad long, but I'd prefer a longer shirt anyway. They wash well & hold their shape. Good purchase :)
I had a bad experience with your company. The shipment was delayed by several weeks at the outset, for no reason. I sent several messages asking about when I could expect to receive the products. I finally heard back and was told that my order had not been processing properly and that it would be shipped out asap. When the order finally arrived, it contained only one of the two items I ordered, along with an item that I had not ordered. So, I called again and was advised to return the item and was provided with a return label. I had to pay out of pocket for the item to be returned. I finally received the second item a short time later. Based on this experience, I probably will not order again from your company.
