Respond to email. Requesting an exchange. Do not send damaged sweaters. Improve quality control team that handles physically grabbing her merchandise and places them in packages to customers paying top dollar. There is a blue stain and even the tag was cut off.

The size is definitely right on. Usually things show up smaller than expected so I ordered a X-lg and I probably didn’t need too. Maybe it will shrink a bit and I like things big anyway.!
