It’s not the fault of you. It was correctly labeled as fragile but sadly ignored. I blame the courier. It arrived at my door completely smashed and broken. Around Christmas time my husband ordered me a We don’t know know but we know mug and it arrived with no issues. This was an unfortunate experience from my post office that was no help with attempts to resolve the problem. I’ll order another conspiracy girlie mug soon. I didn’t even get a chance to use it. It came completely broken in half when I opened it. Before I opened it I could hear pieces rattling around so I knew something was wrong. I’m so upset over this. It was probably the mail systems fault but also it would be better if they were wrapped in bubble wrap. There’s no protective layer to handle rough processing. I hate that my money was wasted.
I love everything I’ve bought and I can’t wait to buy more!

The cups picture quality is blurry and nit very well made i feel like this product could be so much better i love candace and all she does but I was disappointed with this product.

The mug itself is absolutely ordinary. It feels cheap. The print work on the cup is faint, illegible and Candace's photo is too small and poorly defined,
