Do you offer free shipping?

We do! We offer free shipping for domestic USA orders $150 & up. (Free shipping applies to all items with the exclusion of books and autographed items.)
When will my order ship?

Most orders are fulfilled and shipped within 5-7 business days. Processing time may vary during peak periods.
Do you ship internationally?

We ship internationally, customers are responsible for any customs fees or duties that may apply.
How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped or a shipping label has been created, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow updates on your delivery.

exchanges & returns
How can I return my item?

We accept returns for unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. Limited edition or final sale items are not eligible for return.
An item I ordered arrived damaged, what should I do?

We’re sorry about that! Please email us a photo of the damage and your order number within 14 days of receiving your item, and we’ll make it right.
Can I exchange my item for a different size?

Depending on the item and when you request an exchange, we may be able to help! Please refer to the product page of the item(s) ordered for what can be exchanged.
